Hello,

You may set a property for example named "location" during" the inventory process via LOGINfo.ini. You may set this flag depending on conditions (see Manual 8.1 User defined rules). For example if the computer name starts with a appropriate string set the location to "myLocation1".

!IF {like:%COMPUTERNAME%,ABC*}
location=myLocation1
!ENDIF

It depends on your environment on how you construct the if statements. You have to figure out which properties are useful for you. Maybe you would like to use the PCINFO_SCANIPADR (xxx.xxx.*) also with a wildcard (*) which represents the scan ip-address of a element (only works using LOGINquiry, not logon script).

If you have done your inventory you can create several queries within the analyse node with the appropriate conditions (location=myLocation1, next query location=myLocation2 etc).

Please keep in mind that it is currently not possible to track software separated by set properties. You will still have one Software license tracking list.
