LoginQuery Issue

Post16. Sep 2009, 11:16

Hi,

Have Beta 3 running and have LoginQuery set to scan several IP ranges.

Start the scan, and at a random interval through the first range, the scan just stops, then loginsert runs.

No errors in the scan log, it just seems to do between 50 and 200 hosts then decides it has finished the scan.

Any Ideas?

Running on a dedicated XP box, all nodes are XP, AD

Thanks

Hi Darren,

May you please send us your scan.mdb file containing your range information. Please delete
the encrypted passwords from the column LQ_PWD in table LQ_IPRANGES.

You will find your scan.mdb at
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\LOGINventory5
if not changed

send it to support@loginternet.de

Best,
Marco Maier

Hi,

Has there been any update on this yet? I resent the db after your mail of 2nd October on the same day, and have yet to recieve a response.

As of this time, the Beta is still unusable to me after over a month of trying to proof test the new upgrade for my company.

thanks

Hi Darren,

we have not recieved any EMail. Maybe it ended up in our spam folder. Did you zip the .mdb file?
Please send it again and confirm it here that we can crosscheck it.

Thanks and sorry for the delay.
